Keychron offers a 7-day return policy for our mechanical keyboards and accessories if they are in their original packaging and condition. We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their typing experience and provide dedicated support for any technical issues.

Return Process

    Initiate a Request

    Contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the item in its original retail packaging, including all cables, keycap pullers, and documentation provided in the box.

  • 3.
    Ship the Product

    Affix the provided RMA label and ship the package to our designated warehouse; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the product's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
